Nice Weather to Start the Week

High temperatures will be in the upper-40s, but with a strong early April sun, it will at least feel nice in your vehicle or next to your window.

We are looking at overcast skies this morning with patchy drizzle out there.

SUNDAY: Cool, calm, and sunny on Sunday, with highs in the upper 50s and low 60s.

It’s a mixed bag of bad weather in Connecticut Tuesday morning, with some places getting snow and others getting rain.

Some spots will have a sprinkle or flurry in spots this evening; otherwise tonight will be partly cloudy and chilly.

This Morning: Cloudy to start the day as a weak cold front has moved south through the Big Country this morning. For western Kentucky, these showers will be mostly rain, but southeast IL and southwest IN may see some snow mixed IN.

The snow that fell in the Kansas City area late Sunday was more of nuisance than crippling snow.

The exceptionally cold weather we experienced this weekend is slowly eroding yet morning lows will start once again in the 30s and 40s across northeastern Oklahoma.

We will get near the 70 degree mark by Thursday with lots of sunshine and into the lower 70s by Friday. High around 56. Wind increasing 15 to 25 miles per hour in the afternoon.

Tuesday night…A chance of late evening showers, switching to a chance of rain/snow overnight. Temperatures may not get out of the 50s on Monday.

The rain system that we had this past Saturday brought a little over a half inch of rain.

First Alert: Expect widespread rain and storms on Saturday.

While still early in the game, there could be a “marginal” to “slight” severe storm threat Saturday depending on how the dynamics evolve, and the time of the day the storms arrive.stay tuned.
