Everything President Trump has tweeted (and what it was about)

Overall, 53 percent of Americans say Trump has been unsuccessful, and even more, 61 percent, say he is doing more to divide the country than unite it, according to an NPR/PBS/Marist Poll.

Matthew Dallek, a political historian and associate professor at George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management, pointed out that Obama wasn’t necessarily alone in breaking with the quiet deference that presidential successors typically extend to the acting president.

Every time I’ve questioned the constitutionality of one of Trump’s decisions, pointed out his glancing relationship with the truth, indicted his xenophobic tendencies and maddening embrace of white nationalism or mused on the ever-expanding Russian Federation investigation, Trump’s loyalists have pounced.

The nation has never faced a situation like this: It is unwise to take literally or seriously anything the president and his official spokesmen say.

On the other hand, Trump has publicly repudiated or reversed several of Obama’s most internationally acclaimed policies, from the Paris climate accord to the nuclear deal with Iran to relations with Israel. Who’s the real monster? If you ask the Democrats, it’s the Republicans.

Once again, the score of the former president is positive and significantly higher than Donald Trump’s.

This feverish mob mentality, which Flake does nothing to alleviate, is utterly unsafe.

Facing likely defeat in 2020, Mr. Trump will be switching back to full-throated “America First” mode. That’s what his 2016 campaign was all about. It was the greatest spectacle American politics had ever seen. Yet, if sentiments were enough to save the government, the president does know how to whip them up. Thank goodness for small favors.

The president’s second year in office seems unlikely to generate much more legislative action. The President is restoring limited government through his actions, while his opponents are distracted by his unique, Trumpian rhetoric he uses to connect with his supporters. But you get what you vote for.

In September 2017, President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi held a number of meetings with several leaders, participating in several meetings including a major talk session with his American counterpart Donald Trump in NY.

The Democrats wanted to achieve agreement on the Obama-era DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program in their effort to protect “dreamers”, migrants, who were brought to the United States as children.

Having said that, his first year came to be a mix of hits and misses. Mr. Trump doesn’t use racist “dog whistles” as have other government figures – he proudly announces his bigotry.

Immigration, the sticking point in the current shutdown, stands as the most promising option after the president provoked a crisis by setting up the March 5 expiration of protections for roughly 700,000 young immigrants brought illegally to the U.S.as children. He wants a lot in return, supporting a bill by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. We need a merit-based system of immigration, and we need it now!

However, Mr Trump defied many experts and polling figuring in the last election and with United States politics so divided, if he retains the support of his core base he could win a second term in 2020. Botswana took the lead by condemning the remarks, South Africa followed suit and the African Union Commission (AUC) delegation to the United Nations (UN) has also demanded an apology. “The Wall will be paid for, directly or indirectly, or through longer term reimbursement, by Mexico, which has a ridiculous $71 billion dollar trade surplus with the U.S. The $20 billion dollar Wall is “peanuts” compared to what Mexico makes from the U.S. NAFTA is a bad joke!”, he had tweeted.

“Donald Trump, given his erratic personality, his strongman tendencies, his disdain for the rule of law and the Constitution, and his utter lack of principles, poses a genuine threat to America”.

Once called the linchpin of the Affordable Care Act, the Obamacare mandate forces Americans to pay for health insurance or an escalating series of fines to the IRS.

The tax cut is Trump’s only major legislative accomplishment, but it wasn’t supposed to be. Trump got them all in the same bill. It’s widely understood that the administration is merely buying time for a more formal rewrite or outright repeal of the regulation. And yes, taking on the fake news enemy of the American people and telling the truth for a change. And just last week, the Trump administration announced it was putting the brakes on new regulations for, created to stop them from exploiting low-wage workers by loading them up with unpayable debts. But notwithstanding his tweets and rhetoric, analysts say, Trump’s foreign policy has turned out to be mostly conventional.

Trump’s presidency has been a disaster.

So far, Donald Trump is the most unpopular president one year into a presidency, but what about the others? Agree or disagree with President Trump’s agenda, he is putting America first – and he is getting the job done.

Trump’s critics said his “America First” position has left the United States isolated, its global standing diminished.
